Hello! My name is Dystani B. (Destiny), and I am the CEO and founder of Above N Beyond LLC.

I’m Dystani B. (Destiny), the CEO and founder of Above N Beyond LLC. What started as a simple love for organization and cleanliness has grown into a company dedicated to bringing balance, order, and peace into homes and businesses.

I’ve always had a passion for order and organization. My journey started as a closet organizer while working with my sister’s cleaning company. There’s just something about a well-organized closet that I love! I have an eye for detail, enjoy color-coordinating, and take pride in ensuring everything is in its perfect place. You could say I have a deep appreciation for aesthetics and order—everything in its place, looking its best.

Like many small businesses, my sister’s company faced challenges when COVID-19 hit and ultimately closed its doors. She returned to the medical field, and I picked up the mop. I thought to myself, What better time for people to need their homes cleaned than during a pandemic? But what started as a necessity quickly turned into something bigger—a passion-driven business focused on more than just cleaning. I wanted to create a company that restores balance, brings peace into people’s lives, and transforms spaces into something truly refreshing.

In May 2020, I started Above N Beyond LLC, making it official in July 2021. Now, five years strong, we continue to grow, fueled by honesty, professionalism, and a dedication to excellence. While we are a small business, we take hiring seriously, implementing a strict screening process to ensure our team is reliable, professional, and trustworthy. With a team of great employees and an even greater client base, Above N Beyond is set for greatness!
